- Collect data and analyze it in detail before reaching a conclusion.

- In meetings watch and listen before speaking, trying to go unnoticed

- When you can take the position of the observer
- When can offer observations and analyze the situation
- When you can think before acting
Difficulties:
- When they are forced to become the center of attention
- When they are rushing from one activity to another
- When you have to act without power plan previously
